Thermal barrier coating
The main ceramic materials used are yttria stabilized zirconia and silica alumina series ceramics. It has superior high temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity, as well as good resistance to high-temperature gas erosion and thermal shock. It can work stably under high temperature conditions of 800 ℃ -1600 ℃, reduce the substrate temperature, and extend the service life of the substrate material.
Application direction:
1. Applied to the heated components of aviation engine combustion chambers, thermal barrier protective coatings for rocket nozzles, and protective coatings for components that require high temperature resistance in the metallurgical and sanitary industries.
2. The insulation protection of hot press welding equipment components improves heat transfer efficiency, thereby increasing equipment operating speed and yield.
